I am attempting to locate KATHLEEN DIANNE VERONICA SMITH CAMPBELL whose approximate age is 60 from Cincinnati, OH.  

She was in a relationship with Albertino Da Encarnacao Dias of Brazil.

Kathleen was in the Los Angeles, CA area in 1975. She had a daughter and son that she left in the custody of her parents, who lived in Cincinnati, at the time. She subsequently got pregnant while in California and returned to Cincinnati. She gave birth to a girl in June or July 1976.

Her father was a blind, professional pianist in the 1970's.

Preventing Car Title Fraud

DON'T BE A VICTIM OF CAR TITLE FRAUD

OHIO CAR TITLE EXAMPLE

In Ohio, a car title must be completed by the seller and MUST BE SIGNED IN FRONT OF A NOTARY PUBLIC.  If you sign the title before you are in front of a notary, the title is VOID and you will have to go to the BMV to get a duplicate title.  In addition, you will have to get a replacement title if you cross out, X out, or attempt to erase or write over the top of other writing.  The title is immediately invalid if any of the above occurs.

The seller must complete and state the true sale price.  Only a true gift may be shown as "GIFT" or "$0".  If the BMV chooses to audit your title and discover that the car was not a true gift, you may face the criminal charge of FALSIFICATION, a 1st degree misdemeanor punishable by 180 days in jail and a $1000 fine.

You must complete the current mileage, seller's name and address, city, state, and zipcode; buyer's name and their home address including city, state and zipcode.

As the buyer you must obtain a new Ohio title within 30 days or you will face a fine when you finally do title the vehicle.

As the seller, if you leave the buyer's name blank, you are subject criminal prosecution.  The buyer who takes a blank title and re-sells the vehicle without first obtaining a title in their own name is guilty of title-hopping a 2nd degree misdemeanor, punishable by 90 days in jail and a $750 fine.

As a seller of a vehicle, I highly recommend that you make a photographic copy of the completed and notarized title in the event that the buyer is involved in an auto accident before they title the vehicle in their own name.  If the buyer does have an accident, law enforcement will be paying you a visit especially if the buyer failed to show proof of insurance.  It will be your burden to prove that you are no longer the legal owner of the vehicle.

Finally, in the State of Ohio, you must remove your license plates from the vehicle.  They stay with the seller, not the vehicle.

ANGELA D HOLLEY HAS A FELONY CRIMINAL RECORD FOR FORGERY & BURGLARY AND SERVED TIME IN THE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS.

Sierra was last seen wearing a navy blue skirt and light blue shirt with cream-colored leggings and purple and blue hearts. She was also wearing a white vest with a brown-fur-trimmed hood.

Convicted Voyeur Charged in New Peeping Incident

Delhi Township police released photos of a bathroom this afternoon, in hopes of finding another person they suspect may have been victimized by a convicted voyeur. 45-year-old Kenneth Blackerby was arraigned this morning for criminal trespassing and voyeurism.

Blackerby is accused taking a picture of a woman in her underwear at her home on Anderson Ferry on July 19th. Last month, he pleaded guilty to a similar incident which was reported July 23rd. Blackerby is the same man who took pictures up women's skirts at Saks Fifth Avenue in downtown Cincinnati in 2005.

Today a judge set Blackerby's bond at 1$10,000 for the newest charges, but Delhi Township police think there are still more victims. They released four still photos taken from Blackerby's phone. They appear to be photos of a master bathroom. The bathroom appears to be on the first floor.

Police want the public to pay close attention to the bathtub, the wood finish on the doors, and cabinets, as well as the high ceilings. If you recognize the bathroom, call the Delhi Township Police Department, at 513-922-0060.
