Update: Thelma Ann (Scott) O'Connor has been located

is sad to announce that we have determined that Thelma Ann Scott, most recently known as Thelma Ann O'Connor, passed away in January 2010 at the age of 73.  It was also determined that her mother, Ruth E Scott, passed away in 2008.

I am glad to report however, that I have located 7 aunts and uncles and 2 step-brother's of my client.  The step-brother's spoke to each other on the phone for the first time tonight.

BORN 1936-1938 IN RHODE ISLAND.

IN 1955, SHE WAS LAST KNOWN LIVING AT 9531 75th St, OZONE PARK, NEW YORK.

SHE GAVE BIRTH TO A SON IN APRIL 1955 IN NEW YORK.  HE WAS PLACED FOR ADOPTION AND THE ADOPTION WAS FINALIZED IN SOUTH CAROLINA.


THE FATHER WAS LISTED ON THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE BUT HE IS DECEASED.

Remarks: Said has a mustache and always wears dark sunglasses, both indoors and outside. He frequents Denny's and I-Hop restaurants and smokes Marlboro Light 100's cigarettes. Said has ties to New York, Texas, and Egypt. He also has Egyptian and United States' passports.

Additionally, Said is known to carry a handgun in his taxi cab at all times. It has also been reported that Said always carries a weapon with him, to include knives.

IS WANTED FOR 2 COUNTS OF CAPITAL MURDER

IN DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS.

YASER SAID IS WANTED FOR THE EXECUTION-STYLE SLAYINGS OF HIS OWN 2 DAUGHTERS: AMINA, 18 AND SARAH, 17.

HE TRICKED THEM INTO GOING FOR A RIDE IN HIS CAB UNDER THE GUISE TO GET SOME DINNER, WHEN HE STOPPED NEAR A FIRING RANGE AND SHOT BOTH OF THEM TO DEATH.

MR SAID IS WANTED BY THE FBI FOR UNLAWFUL FLIGHT TO AVOID PROSECUTION.

HE HAS ALSO BEEN PROFILED ON AMERICA'S MOST WANTED.
