Official Investigations & Security Services, Inc. is attempting to locate Irene Hail of Cortland, Kentucky, who gave birth to Nancy Ann Hail on April 8, 1959 at Catherine Booth Hospital in Cincinnati, OH.

Irene Hail was reportedly 17 years old at the time of birth and this was her second child according to my client's birth certificate. That would put her date of birth between 1941 and 1943.

Catherine Booth Hospital was located at 1223 Republic Street. The attending OB/GYN was J.M. Rodriguez, MD.
