CT 5: Gross Abuse of a Corpse
CT 6: Murder
CT 7: Gross Abuse of a Corpse
CT 8: Attempt Rape w/ spec
CT 9: Aggravated Murder w/ spec.
CT 10: Aggravated Robbery w/ spec.
CT 11: Aggravated Murder w/ spec
CT 12: Gross Abuse of a Corpse
in the deaths of Esme Kenney, Casonya Crawford, and Mary Jo Newton.

If convicted of Aggravated murder, he faces death by lethal injection or life without parole.
