Official Investigations & Security Services, Inc. is pleased to report that Jessalyn Relly has been returned to her mom safe and sound on Friday, February 27, 2009.
Jessalyn returned home on her own accord.
Richard Thomas Wesley, Jr. is still at large traveling with his son, Andrew J (AJ) Wandsnider, who is a quadriplegic.

I am Jessalyns mother. The information posted is incorrect. Jessalyn was not detained, nor involved with the FBI.
Jessalyn return home on her own, in fact riding a Greyhoud bus to Cincinnati.
Our family is unaware of the whereabouts of Rick or AJ, however Jessalyn did report that when she left them they were ok. AJ is not considered missing, Rick is his father and holds legal custody.
We do appreciate the concern and help of all those involved. As for the woman in WI, she saw Jessalyns flyer in Wal-mart and reported it to ISP, that she had seen Jessalyn but not since Mid September 2008. Any questions I can be contact at 812-972-3625
