Officers found 34-year-old Megan Donahue shot in a vehicle on Colerain Avenue in Northside around 1:30 a.m. on April 9, according to CPD. She was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medial Center, where she died, police say. Late Thursday, April 16, CPD’s homicide unit signed a warrant for her murder on Travis Bailey. Bailey, 25, is described as 5′11″ and 180 lbs. with blue eyes and blond hair. Police say his last known address was in Commiskey, Indiana. He is considered armed and dangerous.

The unsolved homicide of Brigid Mary Marshall of South Bend Indiana.

On May 23, 1991, Brigid Mary Marshall, a junior Mathematics major at the College of Mount St Joseph - now Mount St Joseph University - in Cincinnati, OH was found bound and strangled in her parents' home in South Bend, Indiana.

To date, her murder has not been solved.  I was a classmate of Brigid's and have been asked by several friends to open my own investigation into her death.

3 Indiana Prison Escapees Last Seen Headed Toward Cincinnati

The Indiana Department of Corrections has advised that three medium security prisoners have escaped from the Tell City, Indiana Prison. The three inmates were last seen abandoning a stolen pickup truck in Carrollton, Kentucky. The inmates may be headed toward the Greater Cincinnati area as all three inmates have relatives that live in Independence, Kentucky.

The inmates are as follows:

Christopher Marshall is a 49-year-old white man from Monon, Indiana. He’s about 5’8” tall and weighs 188 pounds. He has green eyes and brown hair. Marshall was serving a 50-year sentence for dealing cocaine.

Jerry Sergent is a 59-year-old white man from Dry Ridge, Kentucky. He is 6’5” tall and weighs 210 pounds. He has blue eyes and red hair. Segent was serving a 50-year sentence for armed robbery and criminal confinement.

Bobby Cockerell is a 31-year-old white man from Jeffersonville, Indiana. He is about 6’2” tall and weighs 220 pounds. He has brown hair and eyes. Cockerell was serving a 20-year sentence for burglary.

If you spot any of these men, do not approach them! Immediately call 911 as they may be armed and are extremely dangerous.

Jessalyn returned home on her own accord.

Richard Thomas Wesley, Jr. is still at large traveling with his son, Andrew J (AJ) Wandsnider, who is a quadriplegic.

Official Investigations & Security Services, Inc. has been retained to locate ENDANGERED MISSING RUNAWAY: Jessalyn Relly. Jessalyn is 16 years old. Her DOB is 03/09/1992. She is 5'5", 165lbs. She has blonde hair and blue eyes. She went missing from Brookville, IN on May 8, 2008. Jessalyn is entered into NCIC as an ENDANGERED/CRITICAL MISSING PERSON and IS LISTED WITH THE NATIONAL CENTER FOR MISSING AND EXPLOITED CHILDREN.

She will be traveling with an adult male RICHARD T WESLEY JR. His DOB is 07/17/1971 and is 37 years old. He is 6' tall, 260 lbs and has blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last seen driving a a 1979 BLACK (SPRAY PAINTED) DODGE Pickup with OHIO LICENSE PLATE EJP 1716. He has a tattoo of a heart and ivy on his upper left chest.

There are two open warrants for Mr. Wesley's arrest out of Franklin County, Indiana. The warrant numbers are as follows: 24C01-0807-CM-00305 and 24C01-0804-CM-00152. However, Mr. Wesley's warrants are NOT entered into NCIC as they are only Class A misdemeanor charges.

Mr. Richard T Wesley, Jr. is a CONVICTED FELON in the STATE OF OHIO. His DNA is on file in CODIS due to his conviction for non-support of dependants.

Also in their company will be ANDREW JAMES (AJ) WANDSNIDER who is a quadriplegic. His date of birth is 10/16/1998 and is 10 years old. He requires constant medical care and attention.

ALL THREE WERE LAST SPOTTED IN CLINTON, ILLINOIS AND FLED THE AREA AFTER THEY WERE SPOTTED BY A WAL-MART EMPLOYEE.
