Having a prior background as worker's compensation special investigative adjuster for Macy's, Inc., CEO Michael P Rolfes has 16 years of investigative experience in the insurance field.
As a licensed private investigator since 1997, Michael P Rolfes has also worked on missing person cases. In the late 1990's, he located 8 siblings who had been given up for adoption and successfully reunited them with their birth parents and birth grandparents. In addition, he has successfully located numerous runaway juveniles and returned them to the custody of their parent, guardian or law enforcement. To date, Michael has reunited 23 adoptees with their birth families.
Finally, Official Investigations & Security offers armed and unarmed security officers in all three states. All armed officers are OPOTA certified and are required to re-qualify annually. Unarmed officers as well as armed officers are C2 and M18L Taser certified, OC (pepper spray) certified, and minimally certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED by the National Safety Council or hold First Responder, EMT, or Paramedic licenses.
